How to Secure Your Booking

  1. We don’t require a deposit.
  2. Choose your property.
  3. Complete and sign our application form & admin. You will need the following:-
    1. Provide a passport photo
    2. Provide proof of your student status
    3. Name and Address of your next of kin
    4. Home address
    5. Current Address
    6. University and College Course
    7. Your current Landlord name, address and tel no
    8. Your Employers name, address and tel no
    9. Your Personal referee’s name, address and tel no
    10. Your Guarantors name, address and tel no
  4. Complete standing order form
  5. Pay your initial rent payment
    • Your next rent payment will be due in cleared funds no later than the day you move in.
  6. Sign tenancy agreement
  7. Ensure your guarantor has completed and signed guarantor form and provided photo id and proof of address:-
    • Your Guarantor must be resident in the UK and are usually parents and home owners.  If your parents are unable or unsuitable to act as guarantors another family member or friend in a responsible position may be chosen.  An unemployed relative is unlikely to be suitable. Where parents are unwilling to act as guarantors this may be a first indication that there is cause for caution!
  8. Ensure your other references are returned promptly.

NB If you do not have a UK guarantor you will not be able to pay by installments. Instead the rent for entire tenancy will be required at the start of the tenancy.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE RETURNED

ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE ANY KEYS MAY BE ISSUED FOR THE PROPERTY
